World Athletics have launched the Running for Clean Air project to measure air quality in Warsaw during the City Marathon later this year.

The organisation have published information about their project which will monitor air quality levels for six months in the city.

The project hopes to bring attention to the air quality in parks where people can be found to be exercising. Timing the project alongside the lead up to the marathon will engage a large audience who have a specific interest in health, and to encourage positive transformation and awareness.
