Mapping methane emissions from space

BBC have published an article which outlines how the project will send a satellite into orbit to collect data on methane emissions. This will analyse methane emissions of oil and gas plants around the globe with the aim of reducing and understanding methane leaks and hold organisations accountable for their emissions.
